trying to refocus

watching the L word in between chapters of beloved is bizarre
i just want to drink hot tea or coffee and be still
lately i've been drinking yogi vanilla hazelnut tea with half & half and a little sugar. it's damn good.

last night:
work
the lost boys
a hot bath
floating eucalyptus leaves
a davidoff cigarillo
sleep

today is sunday
i'm at school
trying to will myself to get some work done
a line from the postal service stuck in my head
(putting all the vegetables away...)

i'm tired of thinking.

and i'm really tired of mucus.
